We communicate with parents by email regarding upcoming competitions. Parents therefore receive an invitation (from the Itemface platform) including the dates of the meeting and the deadline to confirm the swimmer's absence.<\/p>\n
To confirm your child\u2019s participation in the competition, it is essential that you ACCEPT the invitation before the deadline which appears in the email.<\/p>\n
By this deadline, registrations are finalized and the registration fees are subtracted from the swimmer\u2019s account of your child. Unanswered invitations are considered DECLINED by default.<\/p>\n

For competitions over several days, if a swimmer cannot attend all day, you must notify us via competitions.cnsl@gmail.com<\/a>. If a registered swimmer is absent for medical reasons, there is no refund.<\/p>\n At competitions, swimmers must stay until the end of his\/her events and participate in the relay if they are enrolled. It is an honor to be part of a relay team and to miss it penalizes the whole team.<\/p>\n The black CNSL swim cap is mandatory during competitions and highly recommended during trainings.
