Tryouts 2024-2025
Le CNSL est un club de natation compétitive, un sport de haut niveau qui requiert un entraînement sérieux et assidu plusieurs fois par semaine. La participation aux compétitions est obligatoire. Le CNSL n’offre pas cours de natation ni de natation récréative.
Un essai avec le Club de Natation Saint-Laurent (CNSL) sert à identifier les athlètes qualifiés à intégrer le club. Le résultat de l’essai, le groupe et l’horaire ne seront confirmés qu’à la première semaine de septembre alors que tous les essais seront complétés.
Minimum required for Swim school: be able to swim without help and without stopping 25 m crawl, 25 m on back and be comfortable in the deep end.
Minimum required for athletes aged 10 years and up: 3 different strokes. The tryouts will test speed and endurance. Fly and breast strokes will be evaluated.
If you competed in 2023-2024 and have times on Swimrankings dating less than 12 months, please register through the section Active Swimmers in 2023-2024. We will communicate with you by email.
