Please note that, according to current information, CNSL trainings should resume at the Cégep Saint-Laurent swimming pool as of Wednesday, October 16, 2024..

Affiliation with the Fédération de Natation du Québec (FNQ) and Swimming Canada
You should all have received an email, between September 26 and October 1, 2024, to the effect that you have been registered with the Saint-Laurent Swimming Club (CNSL) for the 2024-2025 season in the new REMS platform ( Registration and Events Management System). You were asked to update your swimmer(s) information. It is important to proceed with this update to ensure that your children are registered as members of the FNQ and Swimming Canada.

Intra-Club competition and Brise-Glace invitation 2024
All swimmers and/or their parents, except the School group, should have received an email and a message on Itemface, within the last few days inviting you to the CNSL intra-club competition (swimmers 10 years and under), as well as for the Brise-Glace invitational competition (swimmers aged 11 and over).
Let you know whether or not you will be present at this first competition of the year 2024-2025. Send your response with Itemface / upcoming events.

The Club de Natation Saint-Laurent (CNSL) is a competitive swimming club. Competitive swimming is a high-level sport that requires serious and diligent training several times a week. Participation in competitions is compulsory. The CNSL does not offer swimming lessons or recreational swimming.
