CNSL ATHLETES OF THE MONTH - MAY
In recognition of our swimmers' hard work, commitment, sustained effort, perseverance in the face of challenges, steady progress, inspiring energy, contagious positivity, diligence in training, as well as outstanding competitive performances and exceptional team spirit, we are pleased to present you with the CNSL Athletes of the month!!

ANLSL GALA 2023-2024
On October 11, 2024, more than 300 family members gathered at the Saint-Laurent Recreation Center to celebrate the Gala for the 2023-2024 season. Congratulations to the 270 swimmers, officials, volunteers and coaches for their hard work and excellent results during the season.

The Club de Natation Saint-Laurent (CNSL) is a competitive swimming club. Competitive swimming is a high-level sport that requires serious and diligent training several times a week. Participation in competitions is compulsory. The CNSL does not offer swimming lessons or recreational swimming.

TRYOUTS FOR THE 2025-2026 SEASON
In order to join the club for the 2025-2026 season, trials will take place in August. Dates have yet to be confirmed, but we'll be able to give you more information soon.
If you competed in 2024-2025 and have times entered on Swimrankings dating less than 12 months, contact us at competitions.cnsl@gmail.com.
